General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices within the meaning of Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). No sales tax is shown.

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product price. These will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Germany is carried out by [e.g. DHL, Deutsche Post].
The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

5. Payment

Payment can be made either by

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. For minor negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and this liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
