Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

Return

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that were manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. handmade jewelry).
